DGS / Digital Graphic Systems, Inc. presented for the first time in the last ISA Show in Las Vegas, its new wide format printer GENESYS. The new 64” wide printer comes with a DX5 4 color print head which together with the Wasatch RIP included provides high resolution prints up to 1440dpi’s with photorealistic quality. The new printer from DGS is available in two versions, the GENESYS 6400W that comes with water based inks and the G-6400ES, which brings the new DGS Enviro-INK, eco-solvent, odorless and minimum VOC’s ink.

The GENESYS comes equipped with heavy duty media feeder, professional ink bulk system (1.5Lts per color) with automatic pressure control and media take up for long production runs at a maximum production speed of 187 sq.ft. per hour. The printer allows substrates up to 3mm thick.

The launch of the new GENESYS at the SIGN EXPO 2011 also came with a great introductory price of $9,995.00, valid until May 30th.
