TUBELITE INC., one of the largest sign equipment and supplies distributors in the US, held its "Digital Equipment Training Week" in their headquarters facility located in Apopka-Florida, between the 11th and the 16th of June.  During this important annual event, TUBELITE gathers all their sales and technical staff to receive intensive training on the main digital equipment that the company sells. In this opportunity over 30 people from 9 different branches got together.

DGS was one of the suppliers invited to the event and had the opportunity to present and explain in detail during a full day, the benefits and technical characteristics of its line of digital flat bed cutters "SAMURAI" and its POP Displays design software 'KASEMAKE".  Participated from DGS Jorge Laurita, Ralph Robaina and Roberto Rodriguez. The technical training was in charge of Dixie Miguez. TUBELITE is DGS' authorized distributor for these products in the US.

DGS presentation captured the attention of all the participants who agreed that this new design-print-cut business alternative to fabricate 3D elements and POP dsiplays using paper based rigid substrates is the new market trend. " We see this option as a powerful tool to create added value to all our customers who are actively seeking for innovative ideas for its current wide format printing business", commented Bill Dickinson, Digital Product Line Manager.  

Other companies invited to the event were  OCE, EFI, Mimaki, Seiko, Graphtec and Roland. TUBELITE's Digital Equipment Training Week takes place every year.
