BEEngo! Rigid Board Design Library is a DGS product consisting of a collection of previously manufactured and tested structural designs made available to Print Service Providers (“PSP”) whose objective is to sell the finished product to their end customers. BEEngo! is not a software.

All the designs in the Library come in a universal format (PDF) and are conceived for paper-derived materials, therefore they are intended for temporary indoor use.

Have a minimum knowledge and experience to understand and manipulate the information provided in each package consisting of files generated in common design programs such as Adobe Illustrator® and Sketchup®.
Have a minimum knowledge and experience to properly operate the equipment required to process the information provided, such as a flatbed printer and a digital table cutter.
Have a digital table cutter with all the necessary technical specs, tools (including a “V” cut tool) and accessories to cut the materials specified in each design package.
Are using the recommended material or equivalent (size, structure, and thickness)

BEEngo! designs can be purchased: 1) A la carte; 2) Through an Annual Membership plan with 3 category options: Silver, Gold and Corporate Gold.

Designs purchased a la carte or through a Silver or Gold Membership plan are intended for PSP’s with a single location. Designs cannot be shared or distributed to any other parties.

Designs purchased through a Corporate Gold Membership plan are intended for PSP’s who own multiple locations, so they are allowed unlimited sharing.

PSP’s enrolled in a BEEngo! Membership plan will have additional benefits according to the category selected. Terms of these benefits are:

Discounts on design Library purchases: The discount percentage will depend on the category selected and will be reflected at checkout.
Rebate on BOARDers® purchases: Valid for purchases made directly from DGS or through an Authorized Re-Seller. Applicable to orders made after the Membership purchase date. PSP’s must submit a copy of the invoice and proof of payment for BOARDers® line of products within 30 days after the purchase. DGS will issue a check to the PSP’s registered company name for the total rebate amount within a period of no more than 10 business days after receiving the required documentation. Maximum reimbursement per month: $1,000
Discounts on Custom Design Service: The discount percentage will depend on the chosen category and will require a formal quote from DGS based on the complexity of the project.

The purchase of the designs includes technical support via email or telephone during regular DGS business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00 pm). The support includes help regarding the downloading and manipulation of the files contained in the purchased design package as well as clarification in case there are doubts regarding its correct use (also explained in the support material on the DGS website). This technical support does not include help with standard software and/or equipment operation issues.

Any modifications to the Library’s standard designs are not considered part of the technical support. In case the printer requests it, the design time will be charged at the normal rates ($100/hr. or at a discounted price depending on the membership category) and within the available times.

Designs including lights will require the use of low voltage LED lights only. A certified electrician is recommended for the wiring and installation to avoid any electric shock hazard or fire due to a wrong or improper connection.

Copyright of all designs contained in the Library, including the collateral material in each package, belongs exclusively to DGS. Through the purchase of the designs, DGS grants the PSP the license for the unrestricted and indefinite use of them as long as they are used for the purposes mentioned and within the guidelines described in this document.

DGS does not have any liability arising out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of the ownership, possession, or use of any product manufactured and sold by the PSP using any design from the BEEngo! Library.

The Membership plans are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of Membership activation.

These terms may be modified at DGS’s discretion. Express notification will be sent and/or published.

By purchasing any design from the BEEngo! Library, the PSP accepts the terms and conditions described in this document.
